My Qualifications

I have 20 years experience inspecting homes in the Philadelphia area, I have studied fire codes thru L&I in Philadelphia, section 8 Certified by The Philadelphia Housing Authority, and also studied accessibility thru Licence and Inspections (L&I) in Philadelphia, and city codes again with L&I.

Im also am licenced in wood destroying insect inspection, such as Termite, powder post Beatles, carpenter bee's or ants and other insects.

 I'm also  licenced  in Radon and provide Radon testing.
